Quality is 5 stars, the hui gan is long and sweet and legit. The floral and mineral notes and the sheer consistency steep to steep is proof of the quality of this tea. The early roasted flavor reminded of Golden Crisp cereal and later, after the roasted flavor wore off, the floral, orchid notes came to the forefront and combined with the honey flavor to create a truly pleasing flavor.
