   这一期关于您的茶的会员笔记，我们逐条翻译成中文，连同英文原文、评分、每一泡的水温和时间、照片，整理成一份报告交给您。批评和提问也照原样翻译，不删不改。

   写笔记是会员自愿的，所以我们不承诺条数。这些反馈贵在具体，不在数量。

   报告里附上会员拍的照片，让您看到自己的茶摆在海外茶友的茶桌上是什么样子。如果您想把某张照片用在自己的宣传里，告诉我们，我们来征求那位会员的同意。

   我们写给会员的英文介绍

   品种来历、产区、冲泡建议，都由我们用英文写好，放进 App 和茶俱乐部卡片。下面是开头两句：

   Da Hong Pao (大红袍), or Big Red Robe, is the most iconic of all Wuyi rock teas. This particular tea is made exclusively from Qi Dan (奇丹), a clonal cultivar directly propagated from the original Da Hong Pao mother trees.

   中文大意 大红袍是武夷岩茶中最具代表性的一款。这一款只用奇丹制成——奇丹是由大红袍母树直接扦插繁育的品种。

   1. 第 1 泡100°C · 10 秒

      译文 有矿物感，香气像刚出炉的面包皮或派皮。茶汤厚度中等，细腻而有层次，不过冲劲没有我预想的强。焙火优雅，回甘又甜又带点辛凉，像薄荷糖。

   2. 第 2 泡100°C · 15 秒

      译文 这一泡矿物感更强，甜香的层次少了一些，岩骨反而更突出。回甘依然出色，甜润生津，让人忍不住想再来一杯。

   3. 第 3 泡100°C · 15 秒

      译文 矿物感和焙火香都在，甜度拿捏得很好。能明显感觉到制茶师傅的功夫。岩韵出来了。

   4. 第 4 泡100°C · 20 秒

      译文 茶汤转淡，开始透出一些青叶味。炭火味退了，矿物感还在，但只剩一点。

   1. Mineral and fragrant, aroma of freshly baked bread crust or pie crust. Medium body, quite delicate and complex, I expected to have a stronger kick. The roast is elegant, and leaves a sweet and spicy aftertaste (like peppermint sweets)
   2. This infusion is more mineral and has lost some complexity in sweet aromas, enhancing the rock character. The aftertaste is still amazing, sweet and makes you salivate and crave for more!
   3. Mineral and roasted but with a great balance on sweetness. You can definitely feel the hand of a master that has curated this tea. The yan yun is revealing itself.
   4. Light infusion, some vegetal notes start to emerge. Charcoal is toned down, it is mineral but just a little.

0 TDS distilled water with TeaCurious Original recipe to make 50 TDS water. Good tea with some pleasant sweetness and cocoa bitterness. Very malty. Rating Criteria: 0.5 - bad, flavorless, or worse very astringent, teabag 1.0 - mostly bad, flavorless, most teabag tea 1.5 - not good, but maybe something to like 2.0 - slightly disappointed, not my kind of tea, but still can appreciate it - probably the worst rating I would give a loose leaf tea (at least one that hasn't turned bad) 2.5 - mixed feelings, like it, but there is something off about it I don't like 3.0 - good, I like it but nothing stand out about it or a very good tea with one critique that holds me back - probably the highest I would give a teabag tea 3.5 - very good, a tea that I was very happy to have but content with what I had, wouldn't seek it out for additional purchase 4.0 - great, very happy with the experience, would seek out for purchase, but only occasionally 4.5 - a favorite, one I love and want very often 5.0 - life will be very sad without it, reserved only for my favorites (roasted Tie Guan Yin & Dancong Red), room for more hopefully

Eyes - Dry Leaf: small, glossy, tightly-rolled, blackish-brown leaves Nose - Dry Leaf: clay and manure/earth, with a hint of sweetness and salted nuts Nose - Wet Leaf: manure (in a good/strongly earthy way) and roasted nuts Eyes - Liquor: deep red-brown liquor Mouth - Texture: medium-light and round Mouth - Taste: clay and manure, with a deep earthiness and pleasant sticky rice sweetness. Restrained and delicate while still possessing depth. Mouth - Finish: relatively clean and juicy with a clay aromatic in the finish Nose - Empty Cup: earth and vanilla Body - Sensation: settled and bright A very nice earthy tea, I couldn’t quite finish my tasting notes the way I had hoped tonight but I really enjoyed this one and think of it as an exemplary easy-drinking hei cha. I’ll probably order more given how much I enjoyed it :)
